At Real Stayz, we strive to offer seamless services for both PG Owners and Tenants. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy below.
1. PG Owner Property Listing Cancellation
- PG Owners can add or cancel their property with the help of our support team.
- Cancellation Policy: If a PG Owner decides to cancel a property listing:
- Cancellations within 3 working days of adding or registering the property will be eligible for a full refund of any applicable fees.
- No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made after 3 working days from the property registration date.
- To initiate the cancellation, please contact our support team at support@realstayz.com.
2. Tenant Service Cancellation
- Tenants do not make any direct payments for services via Real Stayz, so there are no refund or cancellation processes related to payments.
- Tenants are encouraged to inform the PG Owner about any cancellations of their stay. The terms and conditions for cancellations will be set by the individual PG Owners.
3. Service Modifications
- If a PG Owner wishes to modify their listing or the services they provide, they can work with our support team to make updates. Any changes made will be reflected on the platform immediately.
- Tenants should communicate directly with PG Owners about modifications to their stay or accommodation.
4. Non-Payment or No-Show Policy
- As there are no payments made by tenants through Real Stayz, the platform does not manage payment-related cancellations.
- Tenants must directly inform PG Owners about any no-shows or cancellations, and the PG Owner will determine if any further actions or penalties apply.
